BOOKING MODE:
a deposit of 30% of the amount of the reservation will be taken from the credit card whose details you have entered. The balance (70% remaining), breakfasts, as well as tourist taxes, will be paid on the day of departure.

CHECK-IN / ARRIVAL TIME:
On the day of your arrival at the New Life Hotel - Les Jardins de Bormes ***, the rooms are available from 4:00 PM. The hotel reception is closed before this time. It is necessary to arrive before 8:00 PM. WARNING: IT IS LIKELY THAT THE HOUSEHOLD DAMAGE IS NOT COMPLETE AND WE CAN NOT DELIVER YOURS IF YOU ARRIVE BEFORE 4:00 PM.

CHECK-OUT / TIME OF DEPARTURE:
the day of departure, it is requested to leave the room before 11:00 AM.

METHOD OF PAYMENT OF THE FINAL INVOICE:
the following payment methods are accepted:
- species
- credit card (preferably)
- ANCV checks (be careful, the deposit of 30% will however have to be paid by credit card)

RESERVATION CANCELLATION :
as provided by law, a deposit is not refundable. However, it will be possible to shift a reservation and claim the deposit already paid at a later date, provided you notify 7 days before the initial date. In case of late change (less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date) or in case of cancellation (less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date), 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of no show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of early departure, the total amount of the initial reservation will be required.

PETS :
we accept SMALL dogs (maximum 20kg).

The swimming pool at New Life Hotel - Les Jardins de Bormes *** is free and reserved for hotel guests. It is open from 10h to 20h. This is an unmonitored pool.
