Stay with a gift box

Do you have a gift box and wish to stay with us? We ask that you do not book by phone. Several options are available, depending on the gift box:

• SMARTBOX, BONGO and DAKOTABOX: Make the reservation directly on the partner's website (for example on the Smartbox website if it is a Smartbox gift set).
• NATURABOX: Make your reservation by email. Only the "Nature Getaway" box is valid. Please specify your box number directly.
• WONDERBOX and VIVABOX: We are no longer partners, therefore we no longer accept Wonderbox and Vivabox gift sets.

Please note: Smartbox gift vouchers and other promotional offers cannot be used on our online booking system. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Similarly, a reservation made on this site, Booking.com, Expedia or other OTAs cannot be paid for in any way using a gift voucher.
