How to interpret internet reviews? Apparently, our customer reviews are generally excellent!
We only hear about it: it is possible to buy false reviews! Is it true? Well yes! How then to trust the opinions published on the Internet?
Here is our opinion :-)
It's very simple: with regard to hotels, you should know that to publish an opinion on Booking.com or on Expedia / Hotels.com, it is necessary to have resided. As proof: it will be impossible for you to publish an opinion on one of these sites if you do not make a reservation (and therefore if you do not adjust it).
It is not the same on Google or on Tripadvisor where anyone can leave an opinion, even without having set foot in the establishment. On these sites, a unfair competitor can therefore prejudice you by publishing a bad opinion, or, as a contrario, one of your friends can publish a good opinion just to make you happy ...
It is therefore a question of remaining prudent with regard to the opinions published on Google and on Tripadvisor, but we can trust the opinions left on Booking.com and on Expedia / Hotels.com. The opinions published on Facebook are absurd, the merchant who can delete those who do not like him (since it is his own page).
Currently, our average on Booking.com and on Hotels.com/Expedia.fr oscillates between 8.9/10 and 9.2/10. These are verified opinion, published by customers who have resided with us. That said, our average is identical on Google and on Tripadvisor: 4.5/5!
